I created this video to accompany a Pilates for Runners Workshop that I recently held for my local running club. Anybody can join in, you don’t have to be a runner!
The exercises have been chosen to suit those of you who are new to pilates with the aim of improving your running performance, re-balancing after running and decreasing your recovery time between runs.
